Bak Kut Teh

Bydgoszcz (Poland), London (Canada), and Zagreb (Croatia) added! ...........................................

If you have ever been to Singapore, you probably would have heard this "Song Fa Bak Kut Teh" (spare ribs soup) restaurant. Please be warned that it is very peppery. But if you can handle it, you will love it. The meat is super tender.

Singapore is a very tourist-friendly place to visit, because most people speak English. I just can’t forget the taste of this soup, chicken rice and roasted duck noodle I had at the hawker centers there. Simply impressive!

The soup was under 15 SGD.
